Research Interests
Sawera Manzar, a BS student, worked on developing cell-based models to study cancer-associated histone H2A variants. She performed molecular cloning of selected H2A mutations and established overexpression systems in mammalian cells. Her project aimed to explore the impact of these variants on chromatin structure and gene regulation. This work laid the foundation for functional analysis of histone alterations in cancer.
Keywords
